| AE&M has tools available for many sizes of compression molding cases made of Thermoset material. (Such as Diallyl Phthalate and phenolic "DAP ") Certifies to Mil-M-14, Type SDG -F. Minimum order on DAP compression molding material in stock is 100 pieces. Many case sizes are available from stock. Lead-time for out-of stock items is typically 4-6 weeks. Also, injection molding of thermoplastic materials (such as ABS, PPS and LCP) are available at your request. All plastic molding compounds used meet the requirements of UL94-V0. SECONDARY OPERATIONS AVAILABLE: Drilling holes, slots, installation of terminal and Insert, center post and sanding. . |
